The company became a benefit company

For sustainability, the year 2023 marks an important point of arrival and departure for Importfab. The company has changed its statute and become a Benefit Company.
The aim of this change is to create a positive impact on the community, the local area and the environment. In taking this step, Importfab has chosen to safeguard the interests of all its stakeholders (shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers and the community in which it operates), according to the criteria of equity and transparency.
The company follows the path of its parent company Labomar, which became a Benefit Company in 2020, opening the way for other group companies.
